We all experience the ups and downs of life, whether in relationships, career, family, friendships, spirituality, etc. But the peaks and troughs aren't indicative of anything that's inherently wrong or right about these things, they are just part of the ocean as a whole, so to speak. If we believe there is something valuable and meaningful within the object of hardship, we must learn to navigate the good times and the bad, trusting that neither are permanent. Everything is in constant flux. Everything has its phases and its tides.
